LEVEL 3 QUALIFIED PRACTITIONER
We’re currently looking for a level 3 practitioner who must have a good understanding of child development and supporting children from birth to 5 years.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Effective time management
- Flexibility, energy and adaptability
- Key person experience with an ability to nurture the well-being of children
- A firm understanding of the EYFS
- A clear, enhanced DBS and 2 professional references

APPRENTICES
We’re constantly looking for young people aged 16 to 18 that are interested in a career in childcare and would like to start as an intermediate (level 2) apprentice.
Whilst we provide the ‘hands-on’ practical experience necessary to achieve the framework, our sister company, E.Quality Training, delivers the training and support to help you complete your portfolio and gain any maths & English qualifications that are necessary. It’s an ideal combination that should ensure you complete the qualification in 12-18 months and progress to level 3.
The usual entry requirement for a level 2 apprenticeship is level 1, but if you don’t have this we can still help you get into a career in childcare – so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
